1-on-1 Support for Intentional Motherhood
A space to slow down, reflect, and understand how you want to show up.
1-on-1 sessions are available on a limited basis for 2026
Parenting doesn’t always give you time to pause.
Moments move quickly.
Emotions rise. And often, you’re responding before you’ve had a chance to fully understand what’s unfolding—inside you or your child.
A 1-on-1 session is a space to slow that down.
What you bring into this space matters.
Together, we make space to look at it more clearly—without pressure, without judgment.
Sometimes, what's needed isn't more information.
It’s support in understanding what’s beneath the moment and finding a way to respond that feels more aligned with how you want to show up.
This might begin with something happening with your child.
Or it might begin with a desire to understand yourself more deeply.
We begin wherever you are.
Our time together is steady and focused.
We move at a pace that allows you to think, reflect, and begin to shift how you relate to what’s unfolding—within your relationship and within yourself.
This work is grounded in how children develop, how the nervous system responds, and how patterns take shape over time—including the ways your own past experiences may be showing up in how you respond today.
Along the way, you begin building a new skillset—one that supports more intentional, steady responses in real moments.
You begin to see things more clearly and when needed, guidance is there to support you.
But more importantly, you begin developing clarity and trust in your own.
This might begin with something happening with your child.
Or it might begin with a desire to understand yourself more deeply.
We begin wherever you are.
You don't have to keep carrying
these moments on your own.
If this feels like the kind of support you've been looking for, you can schedule a session below.
If you’re not sure where to begin…
You don’t need to have it fully figured out.
We’ll start with what’s present and take it from there.
